We will once again be producing a beautiful Program Book
for Porcelain Dolls. Make sure you get your photos in on time.

Program Book (Important)
Each contestant must submit a wallet size photo along with your registration form, entry form, and deposit of $200. Pictures can be emailed in .jpg format to: director@porcelaindollsnationals.com by May 18, 2012. Please include the contestants name and age group. Each contestant will be featured in our National Program Book. Judges will be using our program book as a reference tool. Your picture must be included. (Note: you are not officially in line-up until these items are received)

Front Cover Queen
Grace the Cover of Porcelain Dolls Program Book. Please submit your Glitz headshot photo by e-mail or mail by May 18, 2012. $40 for the first photo and $10 for each additional photo. Winner will receive a $200 Bond, a national crown, monogrammed sash!

Back Cover Queen
Grace the Back Cover of Porcelain Dolls Program Book. Please submit your Natural headshot photo by e-mail or mail by May 18, 2012. $40 for the first photo and $10 for each additional photo. Winner will receive a $200 Bond, a national crown, monogrammed sash!

Centerfold – Print Model Queen
Be featured in the center of Porcelain Dolls program book. This will be a portfolio photo or Print series. Please submit your portfolio photo by e-mail or mail by May 18, 2012. $40 for the first photo and $10 for each additional photo. Winner will receive a $200 Bond, a national crown, monogrammed sash!

Limit 4 photos per program book contest category please.
