1. Please
no poor sportsmanship. Anyone displaying poor sportsmanship
will be asked to leave and their child will be immediately
disqualified.

Stage will be in a T formation with 3 x’s across the
back and 3 x’s
across the front. You may choose to do a back T
or a front
T.
3. There will be a line-up
before beauty. No line-up in other events.
4.
No checks after May 1, 2010 or at registration. No refunds
on deposits. Money will
be applied to 2011 Nationals.
5.
You may compete your age as of November 1, 2009. You may
move up a group, but not
back. Please notify us by May 11, 2010 if you want to make
a change in age group.
6.
You must submit a wallet size photo for the program book,
with name and age group by
May 11, 2010. You may e-mail photo with name and age group
to us.
7. Contestants are placed
in line-up according to when their deposit, emcee sheet, entry
form and wallet size photo are received. First in-last out
or your choice in line up (first come-first serve).
8.
Visa, Mastercard accepted through PayPal until May 24, 2010.

No door entries will be accepted. Cut -off date to do Porcelain
Dolls will be May
24, 2010, regardless of the number of entries.
10. NO PRO-RATING, regardless of the number of entries.
Porcelain Dolls will not pro-rate under any circumstances.
11. If an age group reaches a large number of contestants,
we will consider splitting. No guarantees.
This decision would solely be at the discretion of the director
12. Please be on time for each event. A final schedule
will be given out at registration. If you are not in line-up
when your name is called, you will have to compete at the end
of the group.
13.
There will be a time limit of 1 1⁄2 minutes
for all events. When your time is up, you will be thanked
and should exit the stage. There will be NO DEDUCTION if
the contestant
has not finished their routine.
14.
Contestants 3 years old and under must be accompanied by
an adult during beauty line-up and crowning. Please, no exceptions.
Parents may accompany children 3 and under on stage during
modeling events if they choose.
15. No cameras of any kind will be allowed in the
ballroom. PhD Photography will be doing all stage shots and
videos. Please do not take pictures with your cell phones in
the ballroom.
16. Anyone receiving a crown will be required to
stay after crowning for group and individual pictures for promotional
use.
17.
If you use the $995 Porcelain Dolls Package, no other discounts
can be applied. For those not using the
Porcelain Dolls Ultimate Package Price, there will be 3 photo
contests in Feb., March and April to earn discounts.
18.
Sibling Discounts – pay the first child
supreme entry in full and siblings may enter the supreme
package for 1⁄2 price. This also applies to the Package
Price of $995. First child would be $995, second child would
be 1⁄2 that
price. This only applies to your own children.
19. Birth certificates may be requested. Please
be prepared to show contestants birth certificate if requested.
20.
Please do not ask how many or who is in your group. We will
not be able to give it.
21.
And finally, yes, there is a lot of rules. Please, don’t
hesitate to
call me personally to ask questions, voice your concerns
or
make suggestions. We want Porcelain Dolls to truly be the
pageant where fun, surprises (and lots of them) and good
